How your order finds its way to your door.

Thank you for shopping with The Veranda Wardrobe. Here is everything you need to know, in plain words.

When your order goes out

An order placed today is prepared and sent out the next working day. Orders that arrive on Friday evening or over the weekend go out on Monday.

How long delivery takes

Most parcels arrive within 5 to 8 working days after they are sent. Your order travels with our shipping partner and is handed over to UPS for the last part of the journey, so it is brought to your door by a driver you already know.

Delivery can occasionally take a little longer because of customs, weather or the courier. If that happens with your order, we will tell you rather than leave you wondering.

Following your parcel

As soon as your order is confirmed you will receive an email with your order number. Tracking usually becomes available 2 to 3 days later, and from then on you can follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

What shipping costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order across the United States. There is no minimum order, and no cost appears at the checkout that you did not see before.

If a parcel goes missing

In the rare case that a parcel is lost on the way, we send you a new one at no cost. You do not have to chase anyone or fill in a form. Write to us and we will sort it out.

How to order

1. Choose your piece, and select your size and colour.
2. Go to the checkout and enter your address carefully, so everything arrives where it should.
3. Take a moment to check your details before you confirm.
4. Pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Maestro, or with one of the express options you see at the checkout.
